HDA Tech Growth Private Limited is a family fund office focused on investing in next-generation technologies that drive innovation and sustainability across diverse industries. As an emerging investment firm with a forward-thinking mandate, HDA needed to establish its professional credibility and digital presence from the ground up — both for its own entity and for the portfolio and associated companies within its ecosystem.

The Challenge

Prior to engaging CRITSO, HDA had limited digital presence. Key branding and communication assets — a website, professional email infrastructure, logo, letterheads, and visiting cards — were yet to be established. Without these foundations, HDA faced challenges in presenting itself credibly to potential portfolio companies, co-investors, and strategic partners.

The challenge was compounded by the fact that several portfolio and associated companies within the HDA ecosystem faced similar gaps. Any solution needed to not only solve HDA's immediate needs but also create a repeatable framework that could be extended across the wider group.

Our Approach

CRITSO ran two workstreams in parallel: branding and identity, and technology infrastructure.

On the branding side, our design team developed HDA's complete visual identity — logo, colour system, typography, and brand guidelines — followed by corporate stationery including letterheads and visiting cards. Every element was crafted to reflect HDA's positioning as a credible, innovation-focused investment office.

On the technology side, we handled domain registration and DNS configuration, set up professional business email across both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and designed and developed the HDA website from scratch. The launch included foundational SEO — metadata, canonicals, sitemap, and structured data — to establish organic visibility from day one.

Critically, everything was architected as a scalable framework. The branding system, email configuration patterns, and website architecture were documented and designed to be replicated efficiently across HDA's portfolio and associated companies.
